All Aluminum Conductor adopts a concentric lay stranded structure assembled from 1350-H19 aluminum alloy wires, available in both single layer and multi-layer constructions. Two grades are offered: Class AA for bare conductors used in overhead lines, and Class A for conductors to be covered with weather-resistant materials and for bare conductors where greater flexibility is required. Without steel-reinforcement components, it is suitable for low, medium and high voltage overhead transmission and distribution projects and can be manufactured to different national and international standards.

Q: What should be noted during transportation and storage of this conductor?

A: Reels should be kept upright and not laid flat or rolled, to avoid scratching the aluminum surface. The storage area should be dry and well ventilated. Avoid long-term open-air storage, which may cause the wooden reel structure to absorb moisture and deform. Use suitable lifting equipment during loading and unloading, and avoid direct contact of wire ropes with the conductor outer layer.

A: Check whether the reel packaging is intact and whether there are signs of impact during transport. Confirm that the reel markings match the order in terms of type, specification and length. After opening the outer wrapping, observe whether the conductor surface is smooth and free from excessive grease, scratches or broken strands. If any abnormality is found, take photos at the time of receipt and report it promptly.
